David Phillips

David Phillips is a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance industry with extensive experience in underwriting and client management. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at PartnerRe since November 2014, David focuses on property underwriting within a global portfolio, including the US and Asia-Pacific regions.
