Federico Comoglio

Federico Comoglio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, technology consulting, and bioinformatics. As the Head of Center of Competency at PartnerRe since July 2021, Federico has led digital transformation initiatives in Life & Health and established a generative AI initiative to address business challenges. Serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Scientist at enGene Statistics, responsibilities include defining technological advancements and managing multi-omics data science projects. In previous roles, Federico has contributed significantly to research at institutions such as Sleepiz AG, the University of Bern, and the Netherlands Cancer Institute, focusing on machine learning, bioinformatics pipelines, and personalized genomics. Education credentials include a PhD in Epigenomics from ETH Zürich and multiple degrees in biotechnology.
