Florian Bricka

Florian Bricka has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as an Assistant Project Manager at Assurances Castérot - Grand Est Courtage. In 2015, they worked at JLT Group as an English Translator and later as a Business Development professional. In 2016, Bricka joined Airbus Group as a Junior Risk Manager. During this time, they were responsible for standardizing risk management processes and supporting the finance departments in risk identification and mitigation. In the same year, they also began their tenure at Groupe Covéa, initially as a Junior Underwriter and later as an Area Manager - Treaty Underwriter. In these roles, Bricka had various responsibilities such as maintaining and developing the P&C Treaty Portfolio, redacting and implementing business plans, and retrocession placement. In 2022, they briefly worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Strasbourg. Currently, Bricka holds the position of Vice President - Treaty Underwriter at PartnerRe, starting in 2023.

Florian Bricka received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the University of Strasbourg from 2010 to 2013. Florian then went on to earn a Master's degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the same university from 2013 to 2015.
