Jim Allison

Jim Allison is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as the Head of Longevity Valuation and Head of In Force Analysis & Monitoring at PartnerRe since January 2012. Prior to this role, Jim held multiple positions at Standard Life from March 2008 to December 2011, including Actuarial Trainee in Corporate Pensions Pricing, Capability Development, and Platforms Pricing. Earlier experience includes an Actuarial Trainee role at Prudential Assurance from July 2005 to March 2008, a Risk Analyst position at Royal Bank of Scotland Business in 2004, and leadership roles at Royal Liver Assurance from 2000 to 2002. Jim holds a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Mathematics & Statistics from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2005.
