Mark DeCarlo

Mark DeCarlo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control and underwriting. At American Transit Insurance Company, Mark served as the Director of Quality Control from July 2012 to August 2019. Prior to this role, Mark gained legal experience as a Legal Intern at Baker, McEvoy, Morrissey Moskovits, P.C. in June 2011. Mark's underwriting expertise includes positions as Assistant Vice President at PartnerRe, where responsibilities spanned Property and Multiline underwriting as well as treaty underwriting, from September 2024 to April 2022. Mark holds a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing, International Business, and Spanish from the University of Vermont, attained between 2008 and 2011.
