Ming Wu

Ming Wu, FSA, FCIA, currently serves as AVP of Actuarial Valuation at PartnerRe since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ming held various leadership positions at Equitable Life of Canada as Director of Individual Insurance Pricing and at Sun Life in multiple capacities, including Director of Variable Annuity Pricing & Reporting and Director/Associate Director of Individual Actuarial Reporting. Ming's extensive experience includes significant roles at Manulife in Global Asset Modeling and Segregated Fund Valuation, along with an early career as an Actuarial Analyst Intern at Sunshine Insurance Group. Academically, Ming holds a Master's Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, an International exchange program at Western University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Beijing Jiaotong University, where leadership roles included President of the Student Union.
