Andy Parrish

Andy Parrish serves as Senior Vice President in Partners’ Project Leasing team since 2018, focusing on representing the interests of Houston commercial real estate landlords while enhancing revenue and occupancy to align with investment objectives. Previous roles include positions as Vice President, Senior Associate Broker, and Associate Broker in Office Project Leasing at Whitestone REIT from November 2014 to March 2018, emphasizing value creation in community centers. Earlier experience includes investment sales at New Western Acquisitions from December 2013 to November 2014 and a market analyst role at Stream Realty Partners in 2013. Andy holds a degree in University Studies Architecture and a Master's in Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University.
