Genna McLaughlin

Genna McLaughlin has extensive experience in the insurance and training sectors, starting as a Business Insurance Consultant at NatWest from December 1998 to June 2001 and progressing to roles such as Learning Curriculum Consultant at Direct Line Group from January 2008 to November 2013, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement and training design. Genna worked at Jelf Group plc from November 2013 to December 2019, initially as an Admin & Client Support in a temporary role and later as a New Business Support Co-ordinator. In December 2019, Genna joined Marsh Commercial as a Commercial Account Handler until August 2020 and subsequently took on roles at Partners&. as Client Advisor and Client Executive until April 2025.
