Scott E. Drysch is a partner at &Partners, where they focus on growing the company through advisor and team acquisitions while serving as a supportive partner and coach to advisors. With over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Scott previously held leadership roles at Wells Fargo Advisors and Smith Barney, including positions as a market leader and regional sales director. They began their career in brokerage at Smith Barney and have consistently prioritized the advisor/client relationship throughout their professional journey. Currently, Scott is also pursuing education at Arizona State University.
