With over 160 years combined experience in Real Estate, we leverage our unique talents and partnerships to ensure your investment dollars are well-placed…in the right community, at the right time, with the right product. Partners Development Group is a full-service real estate development company and premier innovator in the Senior Living Space. PDG has completed fifteen ground-up Senior Living Development projects in Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana totaling over 1600-units and 580MM in TDC.

Our approach to Real Estate development is opportunistic, market-based, methodical, and process driven. Once the fundamentals prove-out and the decision is made to move forward, our team goes to work layering in the creativity that brings fresh new ideas into existing market sectors.

Our capabilities are wide ranging including extensive in-house market analysis by sector, site finding, site planning, feasibility analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, land negotiations and acquisition. Once the decision is made to proceed, we move thoughtfully and deliberately through the design, financing, and construction processes.

The fundamental beliefs with which PDG was founded are steadfast. These ideals embody how our team conducts their lives both personally and professionally. Our Core Values are the cornerstone of every project, every relationship, our everyday.
