Created at the beginning of the economic crisis of the Nineties, Partners & Drouault International has had to very quickly be different from the other agencies of recruitment.

This difference was possible thanks to the installation of a service of quality, based on the transparency of its methods, the precision and the clearness of its contracts of collaboration, but also, the will of the teams of consultants and assistants of research to establish real partnerships in the duration with the customers.

In this context, Partners & Drouault International requires from each of its collaborator, the strict respect of the procedures consigned in a pilot's remark, as well as an engagement on values of ethics and discretion, concerning its customers and its candidates.

We always keep in mind that we are the first image that a candidate have from a company, up to become tomorrow his employer or his customer.

The most important of our trade is based on human resources, but also, on a good comprehension of the activity of our customers and their specificities. For that, we take into consideration the cultures, the organizations and the objectives of these companies, in order to introduce to them candidates adapted to their needs.

Beyond the words, it is inconceivable for Partners & Drouault International to have precepts other than those described and different practices. It goes from the credibility of the agency.
Although Partners & Drouault International is a general recruiting, it knew how to find a balance between the various branches of activities, on which it is positioned.

This doesn’t exclude the will to develop certain markets, such as industry, or distribution.
