Eric Nelson

Eric Nelson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate in both Private Credit and Private Equity at Partners Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Associate focused on Global Industrials from July 2021 to May 2023. Additionally, Eric has held significant positions within the USMC Scout Sniper Association, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Events, from October 2018 to January 2024. Eric's earlier experience includes a role as a Private Equity Spring MBA Associate at NorthCurrent Partners and various leadership positions in the US Marine Corps from January 2013 to October 2018. Eric holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School (2019-2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (2006-2010).
