Tom Martel

Tom Martel currently serves as the Global Head of Corporate Services, Global Head of Transaction Closing, and Global Head of Investment Structure Services at Partners Group since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing investment structures and regulated investment platforms. Prior to this role, Martel was the Head of Governance & Company Secretary at Utmost Group and Generali Worldwide, providing oversight and support for corporate administration activities across multiple jurisdictions. Experience also includes positions in compliance and client relationship management at Generali, Apax Partners, Aztec Group, and Barclays Wealth. Tom Martel holds an MBA from Durham University Business School, participated in the Silicon Valley Immersion Program, and is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Chartered Secretary. Tom Martel earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Geoscience from Royal Holloway, University of London.
