Partners in Change (PIC) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1995, pioneering the understanding and practice of corporate responsibility issues in India. We work with companies, NGOs, business associations, and governments to promote the practice of corporate social responsibility for the all-round sustainable development of society.

Our team's expertise has been recognised through our participation in various high-level committees and initiatives, including the "National Voluntary Guidelines (NVGs) on Social, Environmental and Economic Responsibilities of Businesses" under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. As a Steering Committee member for the Planning Commission report on the Voluntary Sector for the Eleventh Five Year Plan, we played a key role in designing the Workplace Code of Conduct with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)-Gol and are now involved actively in building an ecosystem of advocacy, research and partnerships around effective BRSR disclosure practices in India.

Join us in our mission to promote corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. Learn more about Partners in Change and how you can become a partner in creating effective change.
