PARTNERS IN OUTREACH is a nonprofit organization based out of CHESTER SPRINGS, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to improve the lives of children residing in Chester County and its surrounds, by closing literacy gaps, supporting summer camp participation, and enhancing holiday and cultural expression. As a fully volunteer network, promoting active, timely, and nimble collaborative opportunities with individuals and organizations, PIO provides literacy programs, summer camp supplies, and new spring clothing and holiday baskets so that children have a better opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.
