Partners Operating Platform (POP) is an online platform that serves as a single resource for all service contract oversight.  This technology was developed with the focus on a seamless way to ensure accountability with your vendors.

POP is a tool to account for and record daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual services at the property. Through our proprietary mobile app, vendors easily submit photos of work being completed or issues they uncover at the property. With each submission an automatic notification email is sent to management. It is now easier than ever for vendors to capture the work they complete they do when onsite at a property.

Being that all vendors operate in a different manner, which can be challenging to property managers, facility managers, and building owners.  By implementing POP technology, all vendors can operate on the same platform, creating transparency and operational efficiencies. POP's technology also provides a centralized platform to store all service contracts and COI's, along with automatic email notifications when these documents are expiring. All email notifications can be customized to ensure that the client is only receiving the notifications that they desire.
