Rob Kottkamp has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rob most recently worked at Partners + Napier as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) since August 2019. Before that, they held roles at MullenLowe U.S. from 2013 to 2019, initially as the SVP, Creative Director, and later as the SVP, Group Creative Director. At MullenLowe U.S., they worked on notable accounts such as Royal Caribbean, U.S. Cellular, and FVAP.

Prior to their time at MullenLowe U.S., Rob worked at Arnold Worldwide from 2010 to 2013, starting as the VP, Creative Director and then becoming the SVP, Creative Director. During their tenure, they were responsible for overseeing communication across accounts such as Carnival Cruise Lines and Bank of Santander.

Before joining Arnold Worldwide, Rob gained experience at Fitzgerald+CO as a Senior Art Director from 2000 to 2004, and previously as an Art Director/Designer from 1998 to 2000. Rob also worked at BKV as an Art Director/Designer from 1997 to 1998 and at Access Advertising & Public Relations as an Art Director/Designer from 1996 to 1997, where they gained valuable experience in a start-up advertising and design firm.

Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the creative advertising industry, working on various high-profile accounts and holding key positions in renowned agencies.

Rob Kottkamp completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design/Art Direction from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
