Chuka Ikele

Chuka Ikele is a Senior Legal Counsel at PartnerStack since September 2022, previously serving as Senior Legal Counsel at CrossLend from October 2018 to August 2022. Chuka has extensive experience in corporate and structured finance, advising on transactions and drafting legal documentation. An intern at EY in early 2018, Chuka gained exposure to tax and employment law. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Researcher at Statista and an Associate at Jackson, Etti & Edu, where advice was provided to financial institutions and corporations on various legal issues. Chuka holds an LLM from Bucerius Law School, a Barrister at Law degree from the Nigerian Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from Ebonyi State University, complemented by a FinTech program at INSEAD.
