John Hall

John Hall is an operations and finance executive with 20 years of experience in scaling early to mid-stage companies. Currently, John develops a real asset strategy within the climate and renewable energy sectors as a partner at Viridian Ecosystems. Previously, as COO/CFO of Mast Reforestation, John successfully led the company through significant growth phases, achieving a 19x increase in overall value and creating a leading nature-based carbon removal supply chain. In addition to corporate roles, John served as a Captain and Naval Aviator in the U.S. Marine Corps, demonstrating strong leadership in high-stakes environments. John holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Economics with honors from the U.S. Naval Academy.
