Michael Stratton's work experience began in 2007 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Universal Orlando Resort. Michael then worked at ReachLocal from 2010 to 2015, where they held the positions of Operations Manager - Southeast Region and Operations Manager - North America. In these roles, they managed product delivery, sales training, client spend, and overall operations. From 2015 to 2016, Stratton worked at Radial Inc. as a Project Manager / Account Manager, where they managed revenue generating projects and client relationships. Since 2016, they have been serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Partstat.

Michael Stratton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.
