Phil Brown

Phil Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Phil is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at PartySlate since February 2023. Prior to this, from June 2019 to February 2023, they worked as an Independent Strategy & Operations Consultant.

From October 2017 to May 2019, Phil held the position of Head of Operations at Sittercity. Before that, they worked at Uber as the US & Canada Regional Operations Manager from August 2016 to October 2017. At Uber, they played a key role in launching and managing driver-focused initiatives, as well as improving marketplace dynamics.

Phil co-founded Klick in February 2015 and served as a co-founder. Klick is a mobile platform aimed at facilitating networking among Kellogg students. Phil conducted user research, piloted a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and secured seed funding from Kellogg Education Technology Incubator to develop the product.

From 2010 to 2014, Phil worked at ARPC as a Senior Consultant. Phil successfully built and managed a Fraud Audit and Analytics practice, growing it to one of the largest at the firm. Additionally, they designed a proprietary inventory and analytics platform to support complex fraud consulting projects. Prior to this role, they also worked as a Consultant at ARPC from 2010 to 2012.

Phil had earlier internships at Merrill Lynch as a Global Wealth Management Intern in 2009 and at RNG as a Consulting Research Intern in 2008.

Phil Brown earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Georgetown University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2005-2006, focusing on Economics. In 2014-2016, Phil pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
