John Doster

John joined PARx in January 2013 and oversees all of the company’s operations in the Louisville and San Jose call centers. John is responsible for all hiring and management of the healthcare professional staff in the call centers, in addition to ensuring that the operations consistently meet and exceed the needs of the prescriber and pharmacy network.

John has broad healthcare experience, working with a large pharmaceutical manufacturer, Sanofi Aventis, for 13 years in addition to running large services companies supporting pharma/biotech manufacturers for the last eight years. Most recently, John has been leading organizations including Rx Crossroads, a division of Omnicare, and The Franklin Group, a division of inVentiv Health, that provide both strategic and operational support services for manufacturers to maximize patient access and product uptake. Key services included prior authorizations, appeals, injection training for patients, co-pay assistance support, and indigent patient programs.
