Sarah Steiger

Sarah Steiger has a long and varied work history. Sarah began their career in 2007 as an Assistant at Beach Mountain AG. In 2010, they joined Swiss Re, where they worked as an Intern, Underwriter Property Specialty, and Digital Project Manager. In 2018, they moved to Accenture, where they held the roles of Management Consulting Insurance, Pride Engagement Lead ASGR, Co-Lead Focus Group Artificial Intelligence ASG, Pride Engagement Lead Switzerland, and Communication & Culture Insurance ASG. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Pas Normal Studios as a Business Development.

Sarah Steiger obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration with a Major General Management from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich between 2011 and 2015. Sarah also attended the Kaderschule Zürich KSZH between 2010 and 2012, where they earned their Diploma in Economics.

In 2016, Sarah Steiger completed Executive Education in International Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Sarah then went on to earn their Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration with a Major in Strategic Management from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich between 2015 and 2017.

Sarah Steiger also has several certifications, including a Culture Coach certification from Accenture (2020), a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org (2018), a Digital Champion certification from BCG Digital Ventures (2017), and a Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) - Gold Certificate with 985/990 points from ETS Global B.V. (2012).
