Balaji Rajan is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology strategy and team building across various industries. Currently serving as the SVP and Head of Engineering at PasarPolis since June 2022, Balaji is responsible for leading the engineering strategy and execution to enhance accessibility in insurance within Southeast Asia. Previously, Balaji played pivotal roles at MoEngage Inc., Near, and other organizations, focusing on engineering strategy, product development, and technological innovation.
