Bjarne Pedersen

Bjarne Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Bjarne is currently serving as the Director of APAC Operations at Pascal A/S since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Operations Project Manager at Pascal A/S from January 2018 to November 2021.

Before joining Pascal A/S, Bjarne worked at Cobham SATCOM as the TDE Lead from July 2015 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for quality and production tests, implementing new procedures, and optimizing quality.

From August 2012 to May 2015, Bjarne worked at Tymphany as the PE Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. Bjarne built a new and highly competent PE team to support high-end audio products with stringent quality standards.

At Jabra, Bjarne held multiple positions from 2006 to 2012. Bjarne served as a "Senior" Production Test Specialist, Production Test Engineer, and Production Test Team Leader during their tenure. In these roles, they coordinated test and quality in projects, supervised production test and quality, defined and developed new test and quality methods, and led a team of six people.

Prior to their role at Jabra, Bjarne worked at Nokia as a Test Engineer Project leader and Electronic Test Engineer. Bjarne led a team, coordinated resources, and implemented new test methods.

Bjarne's career started in 1993 at the Royal Danish Navy, where they served as an Electronic Mechanic until 1998.

Bjarne Pedersen obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Engineering College of Copenhagen between 1998 and 2002. Bjarne later pursued a degree in Organisation and Leadership, earning an HD from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2007 to 2011. Prior to their engineering studies, Bjarne attended Skt. Josefs Skole. Bjarne also completed studies in electronic courses at the Navy Electronic Academy from 1993 to 1998.
