Mark Monroe

Mark Monroe is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical consulting, patient safety, and risk management. Currently serving as Principal Managing Partner at Skopos LLC since March 2011, Mark specializes in population and community health management by utilizing EMR data and implementing systems safety solutions. Additionally, Mark has been a Consultant at Pascal Metrics since September 2012, providing expertise in healthcare risk management and clinical surveillance. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President and Senior Leader at Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, overseeing quality outcomes and infection prevention until retirement in 2016. Mark was also an Advisor for the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, contributing to health care systems engineering.
