Bert Bertagna, CPM, HOF, serves as the Assistant Chief Information Officer for Pasco County Government, where responsibilities include enhancing organizational agility and driving technological innovation for a workforce of nearly 4,000 employees. With extensive experience in technology leadership, Bertagna previously held roles such as Chief Information Officer for a private portfolio company and Chief Technology Officer for Bloomin' Brands, Inc., overseeing global technology strategies and initiatives. Additional leadership positions include Vice President of IT at Abercrombie & Fitch, Senior Director of Global IT Operations & Security at Office Depot, and Chief Technology Officer for Miami-Dade County. Bertagna’s career commenced at DHL Express as Chief Information Officer for the Americas Region after foundational roles at Procter & Gamble. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and ongoing studies in public administration and leadership development from Florida State University and Florida Atlantic University, respectively.
