Principal Transportation Planner at Pasco County Government

Scott Ferry is an experienced transportation planner with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Marshall University. Currently serving as Principal Transportation Planner for Pasco County Government since April 2021, Scott Ferry previously held the position of Mobility Planner for the City of Charleston, WV from April 2017 to July 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Transportation Planning Manager, where Scott Ferry managed the regional transportation planning program for the Charleston metro region at the Regional Intergovernmental Council from May 2001 to April 2017, collaborating with the West Virginia Division of Highways and the Federal Highways Administration. Additional roles include Senior Planner and Transportation Planner and GIS Coordinator.
