Aidan O'Connor is currently a Partner and Co-Chair of Criminal Defense and Internal Investigations at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden PC. They concentrate on criminal defense, civil litigation, and internal investigations, having successfully resolved numerous complex cases throughout their career. Aidan served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for 18 years, earning the DOJ Director's Award for Superior Performance. Over their career, Aidan has conducted extensive trials and investigations across a wide range of criminal and civil matters and has been recognized as a Chambers USA “Leaders in their Field” lawyer and a New Jersey Super Lawyer. Aidan is also the former President of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey and actively participates in various professional organizations.
