Michael Custer

Michael Custer is Counsel in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. With over a decade of experience in private practice in Delaware, Michael has also served as a career-level judicial law clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for over six years. Michael represents a diverse range of clients in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation, and has provided counsel on legal and factual issues in bankruptcy under various chapters of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Michael holds a J.D. from Temple University and a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College.
