Tim Malone

Tim Malone is a partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden PC, specializing in litigation and appellate advocacy with a diverse clientele including individuals, small businesses, and multinational corporations. Prior to this role, Tim served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Environmental Practice Group at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where responsibilities included advising state agencies on environmental laws and representing the state in civil litigation. Tim's legal career began with varied experiences in judicial internships and legal internships, culminating in a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Psychology and International Economics from Dartmouth College. Additionally, Tim has a background in competitive show jumping, having managed a stable and coached clients at various competitions.
