Bharat Arimilli has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bharat began their career as a Web Developer Intern at Conductix-Wampfler in 2014. Bharat then co-founded Swyft, a student-run logistics business, where they served as the Founder and Chief Information Officer, developing the company's online experience and branding. In 2015, they worked as the Technical Coordinator at HackUTD, managing the technological needs of the hackathon. Bharat also served as the Web Editor for The Mercury UTD, the official student newspaper of UT Dallas, where they led a successful turnaround of their social media and web presence.

Bharat later interned as a Technology Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2018 and as a Software Engineering Intern at Orenda Solutions in 2017, where they developed scalable backend microservices and mobile app prototypes. From 2016 to 2017, they continued their involvement with HackUTD as the Experience Co-Coordinator. Prior to that, they held roles at ACM UT Dallas, serving as the Director of ACM Labs and Vice President, responsible for various leadership and management tasks.

In 2019, Bharat joined Rethink as a Software Engineer, working until 2021, before transitioning to Dover, where they continued their role as a Software Engineer until 2023. Currently, they work as a Software Engineer at Pasito, starting in 2023.
