Malena Maffei is an experienced data professional with a strong background in data science and product management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product & Data at Pasito, Malena drives participation in benefits programs using intelligent decision support and personalized communication strategies. Previous roles include Data Scientist positions at Decentraland, where collaboration with C-level executives focused on data initiatives and user segmentation, and Wildlife Studios, where a campaign management tool for programmatic ad placement was developed. Malena started a freelance web development career before transitioning to data science roles at 7Puentes, where machine learning applications were identified for various clients.
