With a background in Corporate Law from the University of Galway, Patsy has held positions such as General Manager and Group General Manager in establishments like Truffle Hunting Ltd, The Palomar, and Affinity Bars & Restaurants.

Through a journey of rigorous inquiry, learning, design, research, operational challenges, we land at a narrative and so it begins… Paskin & Associates was founded by siblings Zoë & Layo Paskin, who have built a portfolio of venues and concepts that have spanned modern culture - a Michelin star, two Michelin Bib Gourmands, DJ Mag Outstanding Contribution to Clubland, record labels, headline act, an Ivor Novello and GQ’s Innovators of the Year to name a few.
