Zoë Paskin is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of various successful restaurants, including The Barbary, The Palomar, and Jacob The Angel. Paskin also founded Zoë Paskin Projects & Ventures and worked as a General Manager at Hawksmoor Restaurant. Zoë studied at the University of Sussex from 1994 to 1997.
