Andy Carpenter

Andy Carpenter, P.E. is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in airport engineering and construction. Currently serving as Project Manager at Paslay Group since July 2023, Andy oversees projects at Nashville International Airport, focusing on the Terminal Access Roadway Improvements and Landside Masterplan. Previously, as Deputy Project Manager at KDG Construction Consulting from August 2017 to August 2023, Andy contributed to the implementation of the multi-billion dollar Landside Access Modernization Program for Los Angeles World Airports, specifically managing the ITF West intermodal transportation facility. Andy's career began as an Airport Civil Engineer at URS Corporation (an AECOM Company) from January 2011 to August 2017, specializing in airport design related to airfield geometry, pavement design, grading, and drainage. Earlier experience includes serving as Estimating Manager at Engineered Framing Systems from February 2005 to September 2009. Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from California State University, Northridge.
