Charles Ruda

Charles Ruda has a diverse range of work experience in Human Resources. Charles began their career at Tomco in 1991 as an HR specialist. From there, they joined Lear Corporation in 1995 as a Director of HR, where they worked until 2007. Ruda then moved on to Raytheon, where they served as the Director of Human Resources for over a decade. In 2019, they joined PASLIN, initially as the Director of Human Resources before being promoted to General Manager and eventually Vice President of Human Resources.

Charles Ruda pursued their education in a chronological order. Charles first attended Michigan State University from 1980 to 1984, earning a Bachelor's degree.
