Kenneth Gerhart

Kenneth Gerhart is a product and process development executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry. They currently serve as the Director of Research and Development at PASLIN, focusing on enhancing manufacturing robustness and developing commercially viable products and processes. Previously, they held positions such as Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Horizon Global and Engineering Manager at Magna International, where they directed product and process development initiatives for a major division. Kenneth has also contributed to project development at EWI and held a senior role at GE, specializing in materials joining technologies. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University.
