Kurt Kramer

Kurt Kramer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at PASLIN since January 2018, Kurt previously held the position of HR Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. from 2010 to 2017. Kurt has also excelled as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for the Numatics Division at Emerson, where oversight included 12 manufacturing facilities and multiple sales offices across North America. Earlier experience includes the role of Corporate Director of Human Resources at JAC Products and Plant Human Resources Manager at Campbell Soup Company, managing both unionized and non-unionized environments. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from Wayne State University.
