Daniel Chan

Daniel Chan has over 18 years of experience in software development, currently serving as Manager of DataHub Software Development at Pason since October 2012, where responsibilities include developing software for rig-site systems, managing Agile Sprints, and providing technical leadership. Daniel has a strong background in languages such as Java, Python, and PERL, and has extensive project experience with WITSML v1.3. Prior positions include Software Engineer roles at IHS and Codefast, focusing on C/C++ development and customer support, as well as a software engineering internship at Sun Microsystems. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary and an Upstream Petroleum Industry Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
