Dan Izzo has held a variety of roles in the entertainment and real estate industries. Dan began their career in 1998 as a performer and guest instructor at the KC Improv Festival. In 1999, they joined Second City as an instructor and faculty member. In 2004, they became the owner/producer/director of Improv Inferno. From 2006 to 2012, they were the Training and Launch Chief and Training Leader at Bizdom U. Dan then became the Director of Product Development at Fathead in 2012. In 2015, they moved to Xenith as the Director of Quality Assurance. In 2016, they became the General Manager at Ovad Custom Stages. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Team Recruiter and Director of Business Development at The Perna Team. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Vice President of Customer Experience at Passage Ticketing.
Dan Izzo received their B.A. cum laude in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 1989. Dan then attended the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they earned their J.D. Magna Cum Laude in 1992.
