Kevin Muller

Founder & CEO at Passbolt

Kevin Muller has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. In 2004, they were a Project Manager for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Founder and CEO of E-nova Technologies, a company specializing in Open Source Technologies. In 2008, they founded and became the CEO of Click On French, a step-by-step e-learning platform for French language. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Director of Coworking Goa. In 2016, they were the Lead Technical Architect (Interim) for Greenpeace.org. Since 2017, they have been the Founder and CEO of Passbolt, an award-winning open source password manager for the enterprise. Passbolt has been ranked among the best password managers of 2020 by ZDNet and #5 fastest growing open source startup worldwide by Runa Capital (Q3 2020).

Kevin Muller completed a Master's degree in Informatique with a mention in HCI from the University of Limerick in 2005. Prior to this, they obtained an IUP in Informatique with a mention in ergonomie from Universite Paul Verlaine in 2005. Kevin also obtained a Licence in Sociologie from Universite Paul Verlaine in 2002. Additionally, they obtained two certifications, a Nex Cubed Alumni certification from Nex Cubed in October 2019 and a Fit4Start Alumni certification from Luxinnovation GIE in April 2017.
