Esada Rastoder has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Esada is currently an MBA student at Luxembourg School of Business, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at passbolt as an Administrative Manager from October 2022, with the role ongoing. Esada also served as an Executive Assistant at the same company from March 2021 to October 2022. 
From August 2019 to October 2022, Esada was a Small Business Owner at New Brands Luxembourg. Concurrently, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative at DGM Luxembourg from October 2019 to October 2020. 
Earlier in their career, they held various positions at INNOVALUX Sàrl, including PA to CEO from January 2018 to September 2018, Head of Administration from March 2017 to January 2018, and Logistic Assistant from May 2016 to March 2017.
Esada also worked at BSGoodS Luxembourg & DGM Academy S.A. as an Air Cargo Professional from May 2015 to November 2015. 
Their earliest work experience was as a PA to Director at Fistia d.o.o. from September 2001 to December 2010.

Esada Rastoder's education history includes graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maribor. This accomplishment was achieved during the period of 2007 to 2013. Additionally, Esada has obtained various certifications, including the Luxembourgish language test for nationality from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de l'Enfance et de la Jeunesse in October 2020. Esada also holds a Certificate of professional assistant from Smart Events International, acquired in 2018.
