Frédéric Lachaud

Frédéric Lachaud has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Frédéric is currently working as a NED Non Executive Director at Passendo, starting from April 2022.

Previously, they held various positions at Criteo, starting in 2013. Frédéric worked as the EVP Sales Strategy & Operations and the SVP Finance. Frédéric also served as the VP Finance and Revenue Operations from October 2017 to January 2021. During their time at Criteo, they held key roles such as CFO APAC and CFO EMEA & Latam. In these positions, they were responsible for financial planning, analysis, and compliance. Frédéric also played a crucial role in supporting M&A activities and representing the finance organization externally.

Frédéric Lachaud also worked as a Limited Partner at FirstPartyCapital starting from September 2021.

Before that, they worked at Epson starting from 2008, holding roles such as EMEA Revenue Operations Director and Deputy CFO - EMEA. In these positions, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis across EMEA regions.

Earlier in their career, Frédéric Lachaud worked at Kerry Group as a Business Finance Manager and Senior Process Analyst & Commercial controller. Frédéric also worked at Capgemini Invent as a Senior Consultant and at Business France (Export) as a Trade Officer.

Frédéric Lachaud pursued their education at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Frédéric obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance 225, which lasted from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed a four-year MSc program in Management from 1994 to 1998 at the same university.
