Passion Coaching LLC is a teen life coaching company started by Paul Thiebaut III and Mariamne Borden that has translated the science of motivation into life coaching services that guide teens in finding their passions.

Passion is a scientific term rooted in human motivation. It is one of the strongest forms of Intrinsic Motivation and has 5 elements (Vallerand, 2003). When someone is "passionate" about something, they are: (1) naturally inclined, (2) love it, (3) invest time and energy in it, (4) find it meaningful, and (5) consider it part of their identity.

Passion is one of the best strategies for finding your talents and discovering what types of goals and aspirations incorporate your passions and talents. 

When people learn to pursue their passions they learn to prioritize what they value as well as what others value.
