We, at Passion Connect, are a strategic services unit incubated by Blume Ventures. The team aims to solve problems faced exclusively by Blume Ventures' portfolio startups early into their journey.

Passion Connect introduces founders to like-minded professionals through a unique array of networks, initiatives, and branding activities. With innovative solutions, we reinvent how founders hire talent, retain employees, and develop their unique brand to become the employer of choice. With this, Blume Ventures goes beyond investments to provide invaluable strategic guidance to its portfolio companies.
