Will Earle currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Europe & Asia at Sweet, starting in September 2024, while also holding the position of Partnerships Associate at Passionfruit since May 2022. Passionfruit is a managed marketplace that connects high-growth companies with independent marketing specialists, boasting an impressive customer roster that includes Miro, GoPuff, Airwallex, AT&T, and PepsiCo. Will has successfully raised over $15 million across funding rounds from prominent investors and firms. Previous experiences include an MBA internship at KIN Partners, a pre-MBA internship at Sturgeon Capital, and various roles at S-RM, spanning from Junior Analyst to Senior Analyst from April 2018 to April 2022. Will Earle received a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge and is pursuing an MBA at IESE Business School.
