Passive is the next evolution of job searching. We’re a mobile platform built for tech pros who love what they do but aren’t afraid to level up when the right opportunity comes along. Our AI helps you find roles up to 72 % faster than traditional job boards and tailors your résumé with a single tap, boosting your chances of beating applicant‑tracking systems by 64 %. It’s discreet, efficient and designed to keep you in control.

We created Passive because applying for jobs shouldn’t feel like a full‑time job. Think of us as your personal playbook and coaching staff rolled into one. Simon Sinek once said, “People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it.” Our why is simple: we believe talent should shine through with ease—no gimmicks, no spammy job blasts, just clarity and confidence.

Our team spans Zagreb and Dallas, blending European innovation and Texas grit. We draw inspiration from both high‑tech sports gear and Apple‑level user experiences. Every feature we build answers one question: will this help a busy professional quietly find a better fit? If it’s a yes, it goes on the roadmap.
