Passive Edge Tech is an AI infrastructure thermal management company building the thermal layer for next-generation compute.

We develop nano-encapsulated phase change materials (PCM), high-conductivity thermal components, liquid-cooling enhancement solutions, and thermal storage systems for AI data centers, edge AI infrastructure, and other high-density computing environments.

As AI workloads scale, cooling is no longer just an operating cost issue — it is becoming a constraint on performance, deployment density, and power flexibility. Our solutions are designed to reduce thermal peaks, improve cooling efficiency, support peak-shaving, and enable more stable compute operations.

We work with partners across materials, system integration, and infrastructure deployment to accelerate pilot validation and commercialization in global markets.

We welcome conversations with data center operators, AI infrastructure partners, liquid cooling integrators, channel partners, and strategic investors.
