Passive to POSITIVE, as its name suggests, is a high performance energy design consulting and architecture firm using the foundation of Passive House modeling and design practice to design positive-energy, carbon-negative and regenerative buildings with ever decreasing environmental impacts while increasing quality of life, resiliency, environmental and human health. 

Passive strategies and high-performance building enclosures, combined with renewable energy and storage can yield greater comfort, health, well-being and economic stability.  Social equity and environmental justice are guiding principles for Passive to POSITIVE as we work to optimize our designs to serve the broadest possible market without compromising our ambition to achieve the deepest possible reductions in environmental impacts of our built environment
